We do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers operate independently.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Accounts

  • Not create multiple accounts for misuse

5. Booking & Ride Services

8. Driver/Partner Terms

If you register as a driver:

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee

  • You must provide valid:

    • Driving license

    • Vehicle registration

    • Insurance

  • You are responsible for:

    • Vehicle condition

    • Compliance with laws

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

  • Harass drivers or riders

  • Provide false information

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Safety & Responsibility

While we aim to provide a safe platform:

  • 1EV is not responsible for driver behavior

  • Users must exercise reasonable judgment

In case of emergencies, contact local authorities immediately.

11. Ratings & Feedback

  • Users and drivers can rate each other

  • We may use feedback to improve services

  • Abuse of rating systems may result in penalties

12. Intellectual Property

All rights related to:

  • Branding

  • Technology

belong to 1EV.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy .

14. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal injury caused by drivers
