Emergency and non-emergency (pre-scheduled) mobile EV charging
services are available under all Pay-As-You-Go plans. Each
service includes a one-time call initiation fee based on the
time of day, and a $0.50 per mile charging rate, with a minimum
charge equivalent to 120 miles of driving range. All service
requests must be initiated through the 1EV Mobile App.

Frequently asked questions
How are miles calculated?
We calculate the miles added to your vehicle during the
charging session based on your vehicle’s efficiency
profile (from your in-app vehicle selection). Your
session cost is miles added × $0.50. If the total is
under 120 miles, the 120-mile minimum ($60.00)
applies.

How does a subscription work?
Subscriptions are billed annually and include: A
one-time annual subscription fee, and Per-mile charges
($0.50/mile) for each service request (emergency or
pre-scheduled), subject to the 120-mile minimum.
How do additional charges and discounts work?
Any service requests beyond what’s included with your
plan are billed at $0.50 per mile (120-mile minimum),
minus your plan’s discount once you qualify.
Example: On the Basic plan, after 1 emergency charge, you get 15% off additional emergency charge calls. After 3 total charges in your term, you get 15% off any additional emergency or pre-scheduled charge requests for the rest of the term.
